Job summary

Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group, an engineering-focused solutions provider, seeks a senior account-focused professional to manage industrial processing OEM accounts and repeat-component programs. You will own customer relationships, lead on-site visits, develop growth plans, and coordinate bids from inquiry through order.

Hybrid role based out of Stratford or Woodstock, with occasional travel to support strategic accounts.

Qualifications

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T and weld symbols.
Ability to cost estimates from drawings, routings, and yields.
Experience in estimating for machined, fabricated, and assembled components.
CRM and ERP use for pipeline management is essential.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with assigned strategic accounts, from buyers to plant managers.
Conduct on-site visits, plant walks, and technical reviews to identify opportunities.
Develop and execute 12-month account growth plans with a clear pipeline.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver commitments to customers.
Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Lead RFQ processes and develop complete cost-plus quotations.
