Job Summary

The Client Service Team Leader, under the supervision of the immediate Supervisor, oversees the coordination of client care schedules by the Client Service Coordinators. S/he also arranges client care and service, schedules Field employees, and maintains scheduling information and data as required. The position involves managing difficult situations related to client care and employee schedules and actively participating in the implementation and maintenance of scheduling systems. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the Vaughan office, GTA.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee client service coordination, facilitate filling service requests, and schedule employees based on client needs and employee qualifications.
  • Arrange training for Client Service Coordinators.
  • Handle client inquiries and document requests for care and service.
  • Notify clients and employees about schedules.
  • Problem-solve scheduling and client care issues.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation.
  • Assist with supervising, recruiting, and orienting Field employees.
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly, notifying Supervisors as needed.
  • Market Bayshore Home Health per the Branch Office Sales and Marketing Plan.
  • Participate in ongoing education activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Education

Secondary School Diploma. Preferably completed programs like Licensed/Registered Practical Nurse or Medical Terminology courses.

Experience

At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare and using Windows scheduling systems.

Skills and Abilities

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in teams, meet deadlines, and commit to ongoing learning. Proficiency in keyboarding, Windows scheduling software, and standard office equipment. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred for branches serving French-speaking clients.
