Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative, (Managed Services) to manage key managed services client accounts and campaigns. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that clients achieve their desired results while providing strategic direction to our internal teams, including copywriters and inbox managers. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, with a preference for candidates who have agency experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of managed services client accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of campaigns and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong, lasting relationships built on trust and delivering value.
- Provide strategic direction to copywriters and inbox managers to ensure that campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, define project scope, and track performance to ensure alignment with KPIs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Report on key metrics and performance to clients, providing recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Lead and manage client meetings, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and services.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client management, marketing, or customer success, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including email marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset.
- Experience with multi-channel outreach.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
