Customer Success Representative, Managed Services

Reports To : Customer Success Representative, Team Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative, (Managed Services) to manage key managed services client accounts and campaigns. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring that clients achieve their desired results while providing strategic direction to our internal teams, including copywriters and inbox managers. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, with a preference for candidates who have agency experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of managed services client accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of campaigns and services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong, lasting relationships built on trust and delivering value.
  • Provide strategic direction to copywriters and inbox managers to ensure that campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, define project scope, and track performance to ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report on key metrics and performance to clients, providing recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Lead and manage client meetings, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and services.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client management, marketing, or customer success, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including email marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
  • Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset.
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
