Affiliate Manager Role

If you’re passionate about affiliate marketing, have a knack for building partnerships, and are data-driven, we want to hear from you! As our agency continues to grow, we are looking for Affiliate Managers to join the team and be part of this fast-paced, growing company.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who can autonomously manage a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients.

This person will be responsible for leading client relationships, managing deliverables, developing account strategies, and executing plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs.
  • Communicating performance results and strategy recommendations to clients, securing buy-in from decision-makers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing trends in client metrics and KPIs.
  • Producing forecasts and setting budgets for the affiliate programs.
  • Executing creative and promotional changes based on content calendars.
  • Leading recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication with affiliates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals.
  • Developing initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics.
  • Managing reporting processes and communicating program performance with recommendations for improvements.

Location: This is a remote, work-from-home position. Applicants must be based in Canada to be considered.

About you:

  • 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, or network).
  • Experience working with Affiliate Networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in negotiations and client service.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Confidence and eloquence in client meetings.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
