Kiokii And is looking for a Team Lead to guide a diverse retail team in our new store in Quebec. You will influence daily store operations, coach Sales Associates, and uphold our customer service standards to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leading by example, training, and maintaining visual standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends (K-beauty, J-beauty, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflows.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and on-the-job training to Sales Associates.
• Maintain store presentation standards and health & safety compliance.
• Support staffing needs and scheduling as required.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store targets and KPIs.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily setup procedures.

We are excited to announce the opening of our new store at Place Ste-Foy, and we are looking for a passionate Team Lead to join our growing team. If you are a natural leader who thrives in retail and loves Asian beauty culture—this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Team Lead, you set the tone for excellence in-store by exemplifying Kiokii’s customer service and sales standards. You will guide, support, and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will:

• Assist the store management team in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflows
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and on-the-job training to Sales Associates
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Support staffing needs and operational scheduling as required
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, escalating when needed
• Drive sales performance by supporting store targets and key performance indicators
• Support store opening, closing, and daily setup procedures
• Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory exposure preferred
• Strong passion for Asian beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends (K-beauty, J-beauty, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active during shifts
