Job summary

SG Ceresco, Canada, is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end talent acquisition. The role involves posting roles, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews with managers.

Responsibilities

  • Write and publish job postings on various platforms.
  • Proactively source candidates using professional networks and databases.
  • Review applications and pre-screen candidates.
  • Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with the company’s values.
  • Coordinate interviews with managers.
  • Conduct reference checks when required.
  • Prepare employment offers and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, including time to hire, quality of applicants, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment activities, and employer-branding initiatives.
  • Represent the company at various events.
