Job summary

Gestal is seeking a seasoned recruiter to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key roles. You will manage the full cycle from needs definition, posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, to onboarding, while leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of recruitment experience in high-volume roles.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing industry; unionized environment is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence and build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

• You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• You have 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience in complex, high-volume roles.
• You are bilingual in French and English.
• You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
