Job summary

A Talent Acquisition Recruiter role in Toronto, Ontario, is being filled by Adecco on behalf of a growing service provider. The onsite position runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, for about 6 months with potential to become permanent.

The recruiter will handle end-to-end processes for roles primarily in sales across Canada and the US. Required are 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• > At least 3-5 years of successful recruitment experience across Canada and US, with sales recruiting exposure.
• < ESA knowledge not applicable in Canada; ensure lawful recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, primarily in sales across Canada and the US.
• Coordinate recruitment cycle activities: job ads, sourcing, interviewing, references, background checks.
• Generate and leverage recruitment sources and networks to uncover talent.
• Collaborate with internal staff to identify hiring needs, drive the process, and schedule interviews.
• Track hires and ensure proper paperwork and compliance; support onboarding and training.
