• Generate and leverage recruitment sources and networks to uncover talent.
• Collaborate with internal staff to identify hiring needs, drive the process, and schedule interviews.
• Track hires and ensure proper paperwork and compliance; support onboarding and training.

Adecco Professional has been hired by our client, an established, growing service provider, to fill a Talent Acquisition Recruiter job opening in Toronto, Ontario and is active on their search. They are looking for an experienced recruiter who has 3-5 years' experience uncovering talent for open requisitions. This is a full-time, temporary position starting immediately for approximately 6 months with potential to become a career role. Please note that this is an onsite position and will have you working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm downtown Toronto (TTC accessible).

For this Talent Acquisition job opening in Toronto, ON some of your job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Facilitate end to end recruitment for various roles; majority in a sales related capacity - this includes open requestions across Canada and also the US.

Coordinate various aspects of the recruitment cycle from job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, reference and any applicable background checks, etc.

Generate and utilize various recruiting sources and your existing network to uncover talent.

Liaise and collaborate with internal staff to determine hiring needs, coordinate any meetings, drive the process etc.

Schedule interviews for hiring managers.

Track the hires and ensure all required documents/paperwork/compliance is obtained and accurate.

Support with onboarding and training of new hires.

Other duties as assigned.

To be considered for the Talent Acquisition job opening in Toronto, ON you will meet the following minimum requirements:

At least 3-5 years of successful recruitment experience; a strong asset to those with cross Canada and US recruitment experience alongside recruiting in the sales vertical

Knowledge of the ESA and ensure all laws are adhered to during the recruitment/hiring process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written

Someone who takes pride in their ability to recruit and retain talent and who is motivated on results

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting with various deadlines

Self-driven, flexible and a team player; creative and outgoing
