Job summary

Insight Global in Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office positions.

You will partner with hiring managers, post openings, and source across a high-volume environment, handling 3-4 active roles while coordinating with field managers. The role requires hands-on ATS experience (ADP Workforce Now) and LinkedIn Recruiter, with excellent communication and agency recruiting background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, with ADP Workforce Now experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agency recruitment background

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office positions, from intake through candidate selection.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create and post job openings, and identify qualified candidates.
• Manage approximately 3-4 active roles at a time, while supporting field managers with additional hiring needs.
• Conduct high-volume sourcing and outreach, with a target of connecting with approximately 20 candidates per day.
• Support field managers by coordinating job postings and helping drive their recruitment processes forward.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication, coordination, and follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers.
