Job summary

Cologix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) for a fully remote, 4–5 month assignment to staff the Data Center Operations team. The role emphasizes crafting precise job descriptions, posting roles, and screening qualified candidates while coordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

You will help define hiring criteria, assist with offers, and ensure regulatory compliance, leveraging Lever for recruiting data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes
• Schedules interviews for all roles and communicates with candidates throughout the interview process
• Completes initial screenings of candidates and makes recommendations to hiring team on candidates to move forward in the process
• Assists with and drives the interview process, attending and conducting feedback sessions with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, provincial and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Maintains recruiting databases and ATS (Lever) for recruiting reporting accuracy

About the Position:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) will lead the staffing efforts to attract and screen a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the Data Center Operations organization. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about the candidate and hiring manager experience as well as an ability to quickly learn complex requirements for specialized roles. The role is a temporary, contract role covering a leave (4-5 months).
