Job summary

Cologix, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contract) to lead staffing for the Data Center Operations team on a 4–5 month leave cover.

This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and requires strong candidate experience and a quick grasp of specialized requirements. You will draft job descriptions, post openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and collaborate with managers to define salary ranges and start dates while ensuring ATS accuracy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required
• Experience recruiting in telecom or data center environments preferred
• 5+ years managing all phases of recruitment is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Drafts detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers
• Post openings and manage advertisement processes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers
• Screen candidates and advise hiring team on progression
• Assist with offers, salary ranges, start dates, and related details
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Maintain Lever ATS data for reporting accuracy
• Perform additional duties as assigned
