Weins Canada in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Talent Attraction Administrator to support the Talent Attraction team. This 12 month contract handles HR program inquiries, offers, and departmental reporting, while partnering with HR professionals across Recruitment, Health & Safety, and Associate Engagement.
You will screen resumes, prepare TA offers, and manage inquiries. A strong emphasis on compliance, communication, and organization is required for success in this role.

The TA Administrator is responsible for all administration supporting the Talent Attraction department. They proactively work to complete all administrative related tasks and departmental reporting. The role is a 12 month contract.
You are a participative and autonomous individual contributor who will be supporting a team of HR Professionals who specialize Attraction and Recruitment, HR and Health & Safety, Associate Engagement, Training and Performance Management.
