We’re representing our client, a rapidly growing North American manufacturer with approximately 340 employees across Canada and the United States. The organization has experienced significant growth and continues to invest in its people, operations, and expansion initiatives, while maintaining a strong Best Managed Company culture.

This is a newly created HR Specialist opportunity designed for an HR professional who wants to make an impact across both talent acquisition and broader HR.
With approximately 60% of the role focused on recruitment, you will play a key role in helping the organization attract and hire the talent it needs to support continued growth. At the same time, you’ll contribute to employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, organizational initiatives, and process improvements.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organization, build strong talent pipelines, improve recruitment strategies, and contribute to an HR function that is evolving alongside a growing North American business.
This role is currently vacant, and the organization is accepting applications with the intention to hire as soon as possible.
The anticipated hiring range for this role is an annual salary of $80,000–$88,000. Additional compensation includes an annual profit‑sharing payment, a tiered benefits plan following a three-month waiting period, and three weeks of vacation to start, increasing to four weeks after three years. The organization also provides a company shutdown during the week of Christmas, which is unpaid.
