Job summary

Quantum Management Services Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Associate to own the full recruitment lifecycle across Toronto and Mississauga.

You will source, assess, and hire talent while optimizing our ATS and recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs. With 3–5 years of experience, you will manage multiple requisitions, conduct screens and interviews, and build pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience administering and managing an ATS; Oracle experience is an asset
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/HR
• English/French bilingualism is an asset

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs
• Lead intake meetings and help develop effective job descriptions
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal channels, networking, and creative sourcing
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Manage candidate activity and workflows within the ATS
• Create requisitions, coordinate approvals, and maintain recruitment reporting
• Prepare offer details and manage verbal/electronic offer processes
• Coordinate reference checks and new-hire profiles
• Communicate onboarding and first-day logistics
• Support employer branding and maintain LinkedIn presence
• Partner with ATS vendors to troubleshoot and improve processes
• Network at industry and campus events to build talent pipelines

Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Toronto and Mississauga

Are you a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring managers to find great talent?

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent across a range of business needs, while also helping optimize our ATS and recruitment processes.

This is an individual-contributor role with a strong focus on recruiting execution, stakeholder partnership, sourcing strategy, and process optimization. It is best suited to someone with approximately 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience who is looking to deepen their expertise rather than pursue a people-management path.

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs
• Lead intake meetings and assist with developing effective job descriptions
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal channels, networking, and creative sourcing strategies

• Support employer branding and maintain an active presence on the company LinkedIn page
• Partner with ATS vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve recruitment processes
• Network at industry and student/campus events to build talent pipelines and uncover new sourcing opportunities

What you bring:

• 3-5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition / headhunting experience, ideally supporting contact centre, operations, and business-professional roles
• Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and specialized searches in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience administering and managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Oracle experience is an asset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and recruitment experience
• English/French bilingualism is an asset, but not required

A note on experience:

This role is designed for someone with approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more than 6 years of professional experience will not be considered for this opportunity.
