Job summary

Great Canadian Gaming Corporation is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to monitor day-to-day table games operations in the Salon/Salon Premium areas. You will help drive performance, maintain game integrity, and support a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The role involves collaborating across departments, supporting policy compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement of table games initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Post Secondary education or a suitable combination of education and experience an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming management.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
• Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
• Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities of table games operations in the Salon/Salon Premium area.
• Maintain game integrity and monitor cash/value transactions.
• Provide input for team member performance objectives and evaluations.
• Participate in the implementation of table games strategic plans.
• Liaise with and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other regulations.
