NIYA FREIGHT & LOGISTICS seeks an IT business analyst to bridge clients with engineering teams and deliver tailored information systems solutions. You will confer with clients, document requirements, and collaborate with engineers to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in IT infrastructure is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify requirements.
• Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements.
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions.
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support.
• Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Collaborate with specialists to develop programs for clients' special needs.
• Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
