Job summary
European Market is seeking an experienced retail buyer with strong negotiation and merchandising skills to manage supplier relations and plan merchandise for resale at our Canadian location.
You will arrange products according to planogram, maintain stock levels, review requirements, select and purchase merchandise, and supervise a small team of buyers to meet tight deadlines. This role requires accuracy, fast decision-making, and strong communication with suppliers and store staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail buying and merchandising environments.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
- Proven track record in stock management and planogram execution.
