Job summary

Voltage PowerSports in Canada is seeking an experienced retail associate to support on-site sales of fitness equipment. English speaking, with a college/CEGEP or equivalent experience and 2–3 years of sales experience required.

You will direct daily operations, manage staff, and develop merchandising and marketing plans to meet consumer demand. This on-site role offers bonus and commission with free parking and team-building opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales (2–3 years stated).
• Experience selling fitness equipment preferred.
• English language required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate daily operations.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
• Implement price and credits policies.

• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Determine staffing requirements.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• Oversee payroll administration.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.
