Job summary

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent with business office experience.

• Proficiency with Word; typing 30 wpm (tests).

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct inbound telephone calls to Brightshores hospitals.
• Perform paging services (overhead and Spok Messenger) and gate control.
• Provide visitor information and assist with parking lot access.
• Respond to contingency codes and monitor alarms.
• Handle various clerical duties as assigned and support 24/7 operations.

Duties include but are not limited to: all paging services (overhead and Spok Messenger); parking lot(s) entry and exit gates; visitor information. This position also responds to contingency codes and alarms, monitors alarms, and various clerical duties as assigned. This position is required to work all shifts 24/7.
