Job summary

The Boulevard Club is seeking a Manager of Accounting to support strategic financial planning, reporting, and operational initiatives across a diverse portfolio in a high-growth private equity environment.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, KPI reporting, and full-cycle accounting while ensuring IFRS/ASPE compliance, treasury management, and intercompany activity. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Power BI, and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting, and full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in private equity, real estate, or investment management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial modeling to support decision‑making and business growth
• Financial Reporting: Conduct variance analysis, KPI reporting, and trend analysis while ensuring compliance with IFRS and ASPE standards
• Full‑Cycle Accounting: Oversee journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Monitor working capital, manage bank positions and covenants, and oversee CapEx investments
• Audit & Compliance: Support external audits, design and test internal controls, and mitigate financial risks
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare HST filings and assist with corporate tax requirements

What You Will Be Doing:
