Responsibilities

• Management reporting including financial results, variance analysis, and business performance.
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial close process including disclosure requirements.
• Analytical reviews of business results at the corporate level for reporting of consolidated results.
• M&A activities including accounting estimates, financial modelling review, and post-close integration.
• Ad hoc projects related to business initiatives focused on efficiencies and operational improvements.
• Business partner with portfolio finance teams to provide accounting guidance and contract reviews.
• Assist with complex accounting assessments around acquisition accounting and revenue recognition.

• Analytical reviews of business results at the corporate level for reporting of consolidated results

• Business partner with portfolio finance teams to provide accounting guidance and contract reviews
