Job summary

Stryker Sustainability Solutions is hiring a Sales Representative to drive revenue through managing the collection of used medical devices and selling approved reprocessed devices. Travel is required to support territorial responsibilities, with a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year outside sales experience being essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by planning and directing the collection of Stryker used medical devices and the sale of approved reprocessed devices.
• Talk with healthcare facility staff to review usage and educate on recycling program and financial benefits.
• Build relationships to create new business opportunities and increase revenue.
• Coordinate collection and shipment of recyclable devices to ensure steady reprocessing input.
• Demonstrate cost savings and value of Stryker Sustainability Solutions to customers.
