Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Extremities division in Canada. You will promote products, conduct evaluations in operating rooms and offices, and demonstrate product value to doctors, nurses and staff.

You will manage territory progress and maintain sample inventories while ensuring safety and quality standards. You should have a university degree and at least 1 year of sales or clinical experience, with OR exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or clinical experience.
• Preference for prior Associate Sales Rep in medical devices.
• Operating room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker products to meet customer needs in assigned territory.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices, demonstrating value and proper use.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product maintenance and safety guidelines.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to sales team and management.
• Support trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings as needed.
• Manage sample inventory and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
