Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited in Edmonton is seeking a Surveillance Operator to serve as the eyes of the casino, maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and property. You will monitor for rule infractions and protect customers, staff and assets.

The role requires reliability, integrity and discretion. You will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may access development opportunities and benefits as part of a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
• Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
• Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
• Assist with investigations.
