Job summary

A leading gaming company in New Westminster seeks a dedicated Surveillance Operator to ensure the security of customers and staff by monitoring gaming areas. In this role, you will use surveillance equipment to identify and report any suspicious activities while maintaining detailed logs. Ideal candidates are reliable, possess strong integrity, and have experience in casino surveillance or using surveillance equipment. The position offers hourly pay of $22.89 and a casual work type.

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and committed Surveillance Operator who will ensure that laws, regulations and policies are followed by monitoring tables for any rule infractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
• Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
• Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
• Assist with investigations.
