Eurofins CDMO Alphora is looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Specialist to join our team!

Eurofins CDMO Alphora is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to support our cGMP manufacturing facilities. The role involves sourcing and procurement of materials, managing the Inventory Management System, facilitating sampling for the release process, and coordinating the shipment of final products and samples to clients in a fast-paced cGMP environment.

This position is onsite.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the production schedule in collaboration with key stakeholders in Manufacturing.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage supply chain objectives.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities using supplier contacts and databases.
• Determine material requirements and monitor inventory levels (physical and electronic) to ensure adequate supply for all projects.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet project needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage shipments, troubleshoot international transit issues, and coordinate customs clearance.
• Identify and communicate delivery issues impacting production schedules.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, and release of materials for production.
• Manage the Inventory Management System (Ross ERP).
• Coordinate shipment and delivery of project samples to clients.
• Support inventory counts and process improvement initiatives.
• Interact with clients, auditors, and agencies as required.
• Participate in production and scheduling meetings.
• Adhere to SOPs and EHSPs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in a cGMP environment.
• Be familiar with Inventory Management Systems (e.g., Ross ERP).
• Have experience with international shipments and CERS.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be capable of multi-tasking with good interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.
• Have 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain preferred.
