Qualifications

Position Overview:

SCRA – Demand is responsible for store forecasts within LCL to ensure optimal forecast accuracy. The candidate will address forecasting issues, resolving them promptly to enhance store-level forecasts and replenishment to our distribution centers.

What you'll do:
  • Review and adjust forecasts in LDE (Luminate Demand Edge)/IPFR
  • Review weekly reports to minimize forecasting issues' impact on stores
  • Review and resolve store notifications timely
  • Analyze, explain, and resolve system, business, and process-related inquiries regarding demand forecasting
  • Handle other ad-hoc requests
What you will need:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills for all organizational levels
  • A self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and a constantly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Luminate Demand Edge, Demand, Excel, and Access
  • Knowledge of replenishment systems and strategies
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • Experience with SQL and Python is an asset
