Job purpose:

This role is responsible for all Supply Chain activities for the Brand division, including forecasting, order placement, logistics, customs clearance, distributor coordination, inventory reconciliation, and vendor development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enter new items in SAP and advise distributors.
2. Review forecasts and create RFCs and purchase orders.
3. Coordinate with CMOs and ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Manage order fulfillment, shipping, and customs documentation.
5. Collaborate with quality and finance teams to ensure standards and accuracy.
6. Maintain inventory levels and assist with audits and SOP updates.
7. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office, and APO (asset).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Office and warehouse environment.
• Fast-paced and prioritization required.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, desk work.
