Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment among Planning, Sourcing, and Finance teams to secure funding and budgeting for critical equipment.
• Manage and coordinate systems and processes for order execution, change orders, and invoicing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to plan and implement tooling or process improvements, including requirements, solution design, testing, change management, launch, and sustainment.
• Enable metrics and reporting, including insights and analysis of on-time delivery, supplier supply commitment accuracy, and on-time purchase order execution.
• Work with Sourcing to maintain accurate product catalogs, price lists, and lead times.
