Job summary

Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager in Calgary. You will lead the delivery of integrated supply chain activities from planning and strategy development through execution, readiness and closeout to support organizational priorities.

You will translate business objectives into executable procurement plans, manage supplier performance and contracts, control costs and risks, and ensure materials, services and information flows align with

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement and contracts experience.
• Experience across sourcing strategy, market engagement, prequalification, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract administration, change management and closeout.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, supplier performance and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain execution plan, sourcing pipeline, procurement schedule, risk register and performance metrics.
• Lead supplier and contractor prequalification, sourcing events, evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Coordinate supplier performance, logistics, inventory, quality and information flows to support business needs.
• Manage strategic equipment, service and contractor agreements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Establish governance, change management and closeout processes; ensure audit readiness.
