Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Terrain Parks & Trails to lead daily operations, safety audits, and development of the terrain park network and trails. You will supervise and train staff, coordinate resources, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through high safety standards.
Ideal candidates are avid skiers/snowboarders with advanced skills, comfortable with heavy equipment and steep slopes, and have experience in outdoor maintenance and leadership roles.

The Supervisor, Terrain Parks & Trails supports the daily operations, maintenance, and development of Blue Mountain Resort’s terrain parks and trail network. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing safe and efficient operations, supervising and training team members, maintaining terrain park features and trails, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
