Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal, full-time supervisor to lead daily operations and help staff deliver exceptional guest experiences at Ontario's premier four-season destination. The role emphasizes brand standards, menu knowledge, and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience, Smart Serve certification, and reliable transportation. Weekend availability and team orientation are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
