Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a seasonal - full time lead to oversee daily operations, upholding service standards and guest experiences.

You will work with resort teams, follow Brand Standards, manage inventory and schedules, and support budget goals while providing a welcoming guest environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Smart Serve certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekend shifts.
• Team player.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations to uphold service standards and guest experiences.
• Enforce service expectations and train staff.
• Adhere to brand standards and menus.
• Coordinate with other departments across the resort.
