Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario's Blue Mountains is seeking a Seasonal - Full Time Supervisor to lead daily operations and support staff in maintaining service standards and guest experiences. You will oversee station layouts, drink recipes, and training, ensure cost controls, and foster cross-department collaboration.

Must have 1–2 years supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and Smart Serve; weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of clear service and performance expectations for the business unit.
• Adheres to Brand Standards; following station layouts, drink recipes, service standards, menu knowledge, training of employees.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with departments across the resort.
• Supports team members completion of daily tasks and performs such work as needed.
• Orders inventory required, adhering to the par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
• Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.
