Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Seasonal - Full Time Lead to supervise daily operations, support staff, and uphold our service standards to create outstanding guest experiences. You will coordinate with departments across the resort, manage inventory and scheduling, and guide teams to meet budget and quality goals while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and their families.
