Summer Customer Service Representative

Apply now for this part-time retail position at the LCBO in Ottawa, Ontario. The role involves working between May 5th and September 1st, 2025, with a pay rate of $20.36/hour. The position requires engaging with customers, managing inventory, and participating in campaigns to promote sustainability and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve customers using POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience
2. Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
3. Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
4. Manage inventory, replenish stock, and maintain store cleanliness and safety
5. Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

1. Excellent interpersonal skills
2. Eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit)
3. Minimum age of 18 years
4. Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
5. Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check

Availability:

• Friday evenings (5:00 p.m. – close)
• All day Saturday and Sunday (4-8 hour shifts)
• Additional weekday shifts may be available
