Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. seeks a Co-op Project Coordinator to support our Buildings division across Canada with rotation-site travel as needed.

You will assist with schedules, budgets, reporting, and change management while working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on track. This role offers real hands-on experience, safety emphasis, and learning from industry professionals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Able to support coordination and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project coordination by helping update schedules and budgets, tracking labor, materials, and equipment, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to identify potential construction issues and support smooth project execution.
• Assist with project documentation including meeting notes, action items, drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
• Help manage project changes by tracking scope changes, preparing change notices, and supporting the change management process.
• Contribute to safety and quality by assisting with the project safety plan and ensuring project instructions and clarifications are properly documented.

Graham is recruiting for Co-op Project Coordinators to support a variety of construction projects across our Buildings division. In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and contribute to coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control activities. This position offers hands-on experience, exposure to real project challenges, and the opportunity to learn from industry professionals within a safe, diverse, and inclusive environment. Work location will depend on project needs; travel may be required and may involve remote sites with rotational schedules

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology Program
• Experience: Experience in the construction industry is a definite asset. Willingness to work out of town on rotational schedules is required
• Skills: Able to support coordination and documentation tasks

Compensation

Salary Range $24 to $28 per hour

Salary will commensurate with education and experience
