Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Industrial Division to support pre-construction through close-out on medium to large ICI projects in Canada, valued between $40M and $500M+.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the role focuses on coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control. You will work with senior staff to ensure efficient project execution, compliance with standards, and safety.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software.
• Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities: update schedules and budgets, monitor labour, material and equipment.
• Manage documentation: drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, QA/QC and safety records.
• Support meetings & reporting: attend meetings, record minutes, track actions, provide progress reports.
• Oversee change management: monitor changes and prepare documentation for review.
• Ensure safety & quality compliance: implement PSSP and Quality Plan with KPIs and NCRs.

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+. Working closely with senior staff, the Senior Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Coordinate Project Activities:Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases
• Manage Documentation:Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records
• Support Meetings & Reporting:Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
• Oversee Change Management:Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance:Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs

• Education:Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Skills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation Skills
• Experience:Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment
