Irving Oil seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner – Student Programming to lead the student program from campus outreach to onboarding, ensuring a branded candidate experience at every touchpoint.

You will organize on-campus recruitment events, build university partnerships, and coordinate with business teams to deliver timely, high-quality hires for coop, internships, and full-time roles. The role offers growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
• Post-secondary education in business, administration, HR, or marketing preferred.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and campus recruitment.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the student program end-to-end with a branded candidate experience.
• Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Organize on-campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
• Coordinate with university/college departments, alumni and staff to maintain relationships.
• Deliver the student and manager program with strong communications, onboarding and evaluations.
• Drive continuous process improvements in recruitment and onboarding for students.
• Contribute input into the design of processes, tools and programs.
