Job summary

University of Victoria is seeking a Student Services Admissions Assistant to support the registration process for all DCS programs, including many international students. Reporting to the Senior Admissions Officer, you will handle inquiries and guide applicants through registration.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
• Some related post-secondary education.
• Experience in a high-volume administrative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and convey registration information for all DCS programs; manage ~17,000 registrations annually.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, students, parents, and staff via in-person, phone and email.
