Job summary

LaSalle College in Montreal is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first contact for prospective learners.

Under Admissions Officer supervision, you welcome visitors, answer inquiries across channels, and coordinate with admissions teams to keep files up to date.

The role is permanent full-time (39 hours/week), with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., based in Montreal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required (SSD).
• Fluency in French and professional English required.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors professionally and respond to inquiries with accuracy.
• Receive and transfer calls and voicemails.
• Receive parcels and handle postal items; order supplies as needed.
• Communicate information by email to other receptionists on duty.
• Assist prospective students and guide them to admissions information.
• Coordinate with admissions counselors and other departments.
