As a Strategy Manager at ramarketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting brand, marketing, communications, and commercial strategies for life science companies—helping them sharpen their positioning, reach the right audiences, and grow with confidence.

This role is ideal if you have experience in a fast-paced agency environment—bonus points if that’s in B2B or life sciences—and you’re motivated to deliver standout value across high-profile projects while also managing your client accounts and strategic initiatives.

What does a Strategy Manager do?
Own and deliver client strategy projects across strategic discovery, brand development, audience targeting, and go-to-market planning.
Create and evolve strategic assets like value propositions, messaging frameworks, and launch roadmaps.
Contribute to the growth of our strategic offer in areas such as internal comms, investor comms, and commercial storytelling.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor, challenging client thinking and shaping decision-making.
Present insights, strategies, and recommendations confidently to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate across Client Services, Creative, Cx, and Digital teams to bring strategies to life.
Conduct research via desk reviews, interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform strategy.
Translate data and trends into actionable, insight-driven strategic plans.
Stay current on life sciences industry developments to guide client and agency thinking.
Support pitches, proposals, and new business efforts with strategic input.
Develop reusable frameworks, methodologies, and tools to strengthen strategic delivery.
Coach and support team members while fostering strategic thinking across the agency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time and priority management.
Bring curiosity and a ‘why’-driven mindset to every brief and conversation.
Contribute to blogs, internal learning, and wider agency initiatives with a strategic lens.
We're looking for a curious, strategically-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves exploring bold ideas. You’ll bring sharp thinking, a passion for solving complex challenges, and a desire to build strong, trusted relationships with life science clients.
Proven experience in strategy, planning, brand consultancy, or an insight-led agency role.
Solid foundation in brand strategy: positioning, messaging, segmentation, comms planning.
Strong written and verbal communication - can turn insight into clarity.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently.
Self-starter – you’re proactive and not afraid to take ownership of work.
You will thrive in ambiguity and deep diving into real-life challenges to inform your strategic recommendations.
Life sciences/health experience is a bonus - willingness to immerse yourself in the sector is a must!
