As the Senior Strategy Manager, Martech on our Digital Strategy team, you'll lead the integration of our global digital ecosystem and lead to revenue process, unifying our martech stack to enable full-funnel attribution & influence analysis, drive business results and enhance team capabilities. Together, we'll optimize our marketing technology, improve our products and services, and ultimately enhance health outcomes for our customers worldwide.

What you'll do

  • Lead the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a unified martech stack, integrating multiple acquisition and regional platforms.
  • Design and implement a lead-to-revenue process with supporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows and other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage list segmentation and lead scoring to support in delivering targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Own and maintain documentation for processes, methodologies and best practices, introducing automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a champion of marketing data stewardship, establishing a data governance framework and leading on Data Enablement Plan creation and management.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members in marketing technology and lead management.
Qualifications

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or STEM-related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology or digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing, automation & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and familiarity with funnel management.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights and meaningful business recommendations.
  • Experience in driving change in large, complex, global organizations.
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Salary Range: $102,000-$154,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
