Position Overview:

As a Fraud Strategy Manager (FSM), you are responsible for leveraging our state-of-the-art fraud detection SaaS products to solve key clients' fraud and risk problems. You provide technical solutions and consultative services to a portfolio of Fortune 500 customers in FinTech, Banking, and E-commerce industries. Your role involves managing detection system performance, debugging product issues, and sharing best practices on using our Machine Learning models, Rules Engine, and Device Intelligence Signals to detect fraud and risks. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to implement new ideas into our analytics system.

This is a remote-based position, preferably located in the U.S. or Canada, within the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client use cases and define success plans
  • Lead technical discussions for fraud deep dives to ensure detection module success
  • Collaborate with ML modeling team to monitor and improve detection quality
  • Implement detection logic and rules to enhance detection capabilities
  • Represent the company at meetups, events, and conferences as a technical ambassador
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in fraud/risk management and analytics in banking, payment, social, or e-commerce sectors, utilizing machine learning models or rules for fraud prevention (e.g., payment fraud, transaction fraud, listing fraud, promotion abuse, account takeover)
  • B.A./B.S. degree in a technical or analytical discipline
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills and a sense of ownership over projects
