As a Fraud Strategy Manager (FSM), you are responsible for leveraging our state-of-the-art fraud detection SaaS products to solve key clients' fraud and risk problems. You provide technical solutions and consultative services to a portfolio of Fortune 500 customers in FinTech, Banking, and E-commerce industries. Your role involves managing detection system performance, debugging product issues, and sharing best practices on using our Machine Learning models, Rules Engine, and Device Intelligence Signals to detect fraud and risks. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to implement new ideas into our analytics system.
This is a remote-based position, preferably located in the U.S. or Canada, within the Eastern Time Zone.
