The Manager of Strategy will directly influence Flipp’s growth trajectory through strategic analysis and impactful projects. This role will be a key contributor to Flipp's strategic planning process, with a focus on supporting M&A activities, conducting in-depth analysis, and leading cross-functional projects — all aimed at enabling data-driven decision-making and alignment across the company.

What You'll Get The Opportunity To Do

• M&A Support: Play a crucial role in M&A transactions through pipeline identification and management, valuation analysis, due diligence support, and integration planning. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions. Identify key trends and growth opportunities for Flipp.
• Annual Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of Flipp’s strategic planning, including facilitating workshops, developing frameworks, and tracking progress against objectives.
• Special Projects: Lead and manage cross-functional projects critical to Flipp's strategy, such as new market entry, product strategy, or operational improvements.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related fields. M&A experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in retail, technology, or digital advertising industries is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and present to senior leadership.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.
