Responsibilities

• Create a manpower schedule using all available tools.
• Monitor daily live schedule and update irregularities.
• Approve and update shift trades and absences.
• Identify staffing trends and adjust for peak periods.
• Develop SOPs, training, and coaching to boost productivity.
• Plan recruitment and training for skilled agents.
• Forecast staffing supply and demand to close gaps.
