Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, deployment coordination or similar roles in professional services.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and how demand signals affect deployment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with multiple leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Own 12-week look ahead quality for managers and recruitments when needed.
• Provide dashboards insights to enable informed decision-making for stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in workforce data and resolve issues to improve planning accuracy.
