You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, portfolio managers, and senior leadership to deliver timely reporting, dashboards, and insights for decision-making. A strong foundation in governance and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in business management, program management, governance, portfolio management, operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting governance forums and executive reporting.
• Experience managing demand intake, workforce planning, or portfolio operations.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations and cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Governance & program oversight across governance forums and committees.
• Manage end-to-end demand intake processes and workflow tracking.
• Produce executive reporting and dashboards.
• Support capacity planning, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
