Job summary

TD in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise data initiatives. You will coordinate with business, data, technology, and vendor stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization. This is a full-time, on-site role with TD's technology solutions unit.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate; graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale software, data, or technology delivery initiatives.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, financial oversight, stakeholder management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large enterprise data initiatives from initiation to business ownership.
• Manage two large projects simultaneously while supporting additional delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Establish delivery strategies balancing scope, timeline, cost, quality and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to keep plans aligned.
• Prepare executive reporting and maintain delivery governance artifacts.
